When we developed our vision for Lexington Social House, the cuisine was of paramount importance to us. We’ve all been to places with either greatfood OR great entertainment. Executive Chef David Feau brings to the table the highest caliber of culinary art. As the former Executive Chef at premier venues including Patina, The Royce, New York City’s Lutèce as well as at Bistrot de L’Etoile and at Le Miravile of Paris, he has built a reputation of excellence.

Chef Féau earned his degree in classic cuisine at L’Ecole Hotelière, Hélène Boucher, in his hometown of Le Mans, France. Chef Feau cultivated his culinary and managerial skills under the guidance of Chef Guy Savoy in Paris.

At Lexington, Chef Féau’s offers Progressive American Cuisine with classic French influences. His refined technique emphasizes fresh seasonal produce and careful selection of only the best quality products from around the world.
