Consulting Executive Chef David Feau and his culinary team bring expertise in classic French techniques with a savviness for California modern flavors. Chef Feau grew up in Le Mans, France’s Loire region, cooking alongside his mother in the kitchen with produce that his father farmed. Our highly esteemed world-class French chef, represents the highest caliber of culinary art as former executive chef at Patina, The Royce, New York City’s Lutèce and Bistrot de L’Etoile, and Le Miravile of Paris.
